Consent of the data subject: In application of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), and in accordance with Articles 5, 6, 7, and 13 thereof, Organic Law 3\/2018 (LOPDGDD), Title II, and Law 1\/2019 on Trade Secrets, you are informed that the Data Controller of your personal data will be RAMPE. By registering on this website, you provide your personal or legal data for commercial and administrative management as a customer, and by accepting the sales conditions via a checkbox or button on the purchase form, you accept the terms and conditions set out on this website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the content and purpose of the WEBSITE, individuals who wish to obtain information must complete the contact form, and those who wish to purchase the products offered on this website must register through the USER\/CLIENT registration form. Their data will be incorporated into an automated file for protection and used for the commercial relationship between the customer and the website administrator, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, Organic Law 3\/2018 on the Guarantee of Digital Rights, Law 34\/2002 on Electronic Commerce (last updated 09\/05\/2023), Law 11\/2022 on Telecommunications, Directive 2011\/83\/EU on consumer rights, and Law 3\/2014 of 27 March, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (last updated 29\/06\/2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. PRODUCT PRICES AND SHIPPING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prices displayed on the WEBSITE don\u2019t include VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs depend on weight, volume, and distance and will be shown at the time of purchase acceptance in the MY CART section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and destinations outside the European Union, customers shall bear the applicable customs duties and taxes in each case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. ORDER FORMALIZATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the order has been placed, that is, upon acceptance of the sales conditions and website terms of use and confirmation of the purchase process in the MY CART section, the website administrator will send an email to the USER\/CLIENT confirming the order details and the products purchased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. PAYMENT METHOD:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The USER\/CLIENT shall pay in euros (\u20ac) at the time of confirming the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment may be made by DEBIT CARD, VISA, MASTERCARD, or BANK TRANSFER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.1. WEBSITE SECURITY MEASURES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This WEBSITE https:\/\/rampesucres.com<\/a> complies with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) regulations, which are mandatory for websites that store, handle, or process sensitive financial information such as credit card data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The WEBSITE uses the highest commercially available security measures. The secure server establishes a connection whereby information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit to 256-bit algorithms. By using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, cryptographic protocols are applied that ensure privacy and integrity in secure communications between the client and the website administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. DELIVERY TIMES AND LOCATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RAMPE ships orders using the most suitable transport systems for each destination, with delivery times specified during the order confirmation process. Delays caused by the transport agency shall not give rise to penalties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of delivery delays, the website administrator will inform USERS\/CLIENTS as soon as it becomes aware of such delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website administrator shall not be liable for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the USER\/CLIENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each delivery shall be deemed completed when the order is made available to the USER\/CLIENT, as recorded through the tracking system used by the courier company. Delivery delays shall not be deemed to have occurred when the order has been made available within the agreed time frame but could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the USER\/CLIENT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ORDER TRACKING: When the order leaves our facilities, the USER\/CLIENT will receive a notification or email informing them that their order has been shipped, allowing them to track the shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.1. UNDELIVERED ORDERS AND LOSS OF PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, at the time of delivery, the USER\/CUSTOMER is absent, the courier company will indicate how to proceed in order to collect or reschedule the delivery of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the order delivery service, the website administrator engages a courier company and other logistics systems to ensure that delivery is carried out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If, after 5 business days from the date the order is dispatched for delivery, the delivery has not been arranged, the USER\/CUSTOMER must contact the website administrator to report the possible incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the USER\/CUSTOMER fails to do so, once the number of business days established by the carrier has elapsed since the order was dispatched for delivery, the order will be returned, and the USER\/CUSTOMER shall bear the return shipping costs as well as any associated handling or management fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the reason the delivery could not be completed is due to the loss of the order, RAMPE will initiate an investigation, which may delay delivery. This situation shall be addressed and resolved by the website administrator directly with the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.2. DILIGENCE IN DELIVERY:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The USER\/CUSTOMER must check the condition of the order in the presence of the courier who, on behalf of the website administrator, delivers the requested order. If, subsequently, after inspecting the products, the USER\/CUSTOMER detects any incident, such as signs of tampering or any damage caused during shipping, they undertake to notify the website administrator as soon as possible by telephone at +34 93 715 38 33 or by email at rampe@rampe.es<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. WITHDRAWAL OR RETURN OF PRODUCT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications. The customer shall only be entitled to a claim or return if the product is defective or has not been manufactured as agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.1. WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts, in accordance with Article 103 of Law 3\/2014, in the following case:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The supply of goods made in accordance with the consumer\u2019s or user\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.2. RETURN PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website administrator shall only accept returns that meet the following requirements: the product is defective or has not been manufactured in accordance with what was agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The USER\/CUSTOMER must inform the website administrator as soon as possible of their intention to return the product. Such notice may be given by telephone at +34 93 715 38 33 or by email at rampe@rampe.es<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website administrator will inform the USER\/CUSTOMER of the procedure to be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The website administrator accepts and processes returns, withdrawals, and exchanges in accordance with applicable local laws and the previously mentioned EU Directives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. CUSTOMER REFUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A refund of the order amount shall be issued only in cases where it is applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND ARBITRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions of sale and use shall be governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. 9. PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RAMPE informs users of the possibility to exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction, and data portability. These rights may be exercised by any means that provides proof of dispatch and receipt of the request, either at the address of the website administrator or by email to rampe@rampe.es<\/a> , enclosing a copy of a national identity document or alternative documentation proving identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
