In order to personalise a product, a printing plate must be produced. This plate is created once and reused for each subsequent order. Types of sweeteners:
White sugar – Refined white sugar made from sugar cane or beetroot, a symbol of tradition and balance, providing the perfect sweetness for every coffee or infusion. A daily essential offering pure, neutral and consistent sweetness, ideal for enhancing the flavour of coffee without altering it.
Brown sugar – Brown sugar with a deep flavour and natural aroma, evoking authenticity and warmth in every sip. Unrefined and obtained from sugar cane, it contains a higher amount of minerals and nutrients. Ideal for those seeking a more intense experience.
Certified organic sugar – Sugar obtained from sugar cane grown in accordance with Organic Farming Certification standards, produced responsibly and respecting nature and traditional processes. Each grain reflects a commitment to the environment and conscious consumption.
Fairtrade certified sugar – Fairtrade sugar that combines flavour and values, supporting producers and promoting responsible practices. A small gesture that represents an ethical and socially responsible choice.
Stevia – A zero-calorie, plant-based sweetener. A modern and natural alternative for those seeking wellbeing and a lighter way to enjoy sweetness. Its formula is 1:2, meaning 1 g of stevia sweetens like 2 g of sugar.
Sweetener – A practical and versatile sweetener designed for those who wish to reduce calories without giving up sweetness. Its formula is 1:8, meaning 0.6 g of sweetener sweetens like 4 g of sugar.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
The fastest and easiest way to place your order is through our online shop. Simply follow the indicated process, select the desired purchase option and upload the file with your logo or design for printing. The order process is completed once payment has been made. Prices are shown excluding VAT. During checkout, the total amount and VAT breakdown are displayed.

WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
We will contact you by email. You will receive a proof with the desired design for your approval. Only once approved will your order become binding and production will begin. The indicated delivery time is always calculated from the day the design is approved. Delivery times are fast as we have our own in-house design and production teams.
DO YOU NEED AN INVOICE?
If you require an invoice, please request it and it will be sent once the design has been approved. You may request it at rampe@rampe.es, indicating the order number and billing details.
DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is approximately 4 working weeks from the date payment is validated and the design is confirmed by the customer.
